OBC Cell

OBC cell of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University was established for the purpose of empowering the OBC communities in the campus. The Cell takes special interest in facilitating financial support to students from these communities from government agencies and other sources. The cell is also engaged to solve the various problems of OBC students.

Objectives

The key objectives are

  • To collect information regarding the Government of India, Government of Odisha and the UGC orders of OBC.
  • To collect information in respect of assigning, training these communities in teaching and non-teaching posts in the University.
  • To collect information on OBC students and employees.
  • To function as a Grievances Redressal cell for the Grievances of OBC students including minority students and employees.
