It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Baripada — a growing centre of higher education, research, innovation, and community engagement in Odisha. Named after the visionary Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo, the University is committed to fostering academic excellence, ethical values, scientific temper, creativity, and social responsibility among students. Guided by the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the University is steadily promoting multidisciplinary learning, research, skill development, academic flexibility, and digital empowerment. At the same time, we remain deeply connected to the cultural heritage, linguistic diversity, tribal traditions, and ecological richness of our region. As a Multidisciplinary Education and Research University (MERU) under the PM-USHA initiative, we are strengthening our academic and research ecosystem to create greater opportunities for students, scholars, and faculty members.
