He has completed his M.A. and M.Phil. from the P.G. Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar. Prior to joining Berhampur University, he has worked as Guest Faculty in different Degree Colleges under Sambalpur University, Odisha. His areas of interests are Political Theory & Thought, Indian Government & Politics.
