Dr. Itishree G. Kumari received her M.Phil. & Masters Degree in P.M. & I.R. from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She qualified National Level entrance examination UGC-NET and JRF to pursue Ph.D. in Human Reource Management at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP). ...

She started her carrier as an Ad-hoc Faculty in The School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut, Kerla in December, 2017. She joined the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel at Berhampur University in the year 2018. During her research carrier she has attended more than fifteen National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. She has visited abroad to Abu Dhabi to attain Conference and present her paper. She has also visited Bhutan, for a workshop. She has also made significant contributions to the academic community through publications in esteemed and indexed journals, focusing on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Industrial Relations. Her research interest areas are Human Resources Flexibility, Industrial Relations, Human Capital management, Emotional Intelligence, Human Resource Effectiveness, Employee empowerment, Managerial Effectiveness, Stress and Conflict Management etc.
