What are library Working Hours ?
You are informed to go through the following details:
A. Reference Section :
- Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am To 8.30 pm
- Sunday: 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
B. Circulation Section :
- Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 5.00pm
How can I Know about the availability of a Particular title /book ?
A. You can search online through WebOpac or physically check it in the reference section.
How can I trace a Particular book in the Library Reading Room ?
A. Information Board is given in each reading room entrance . Books are kept subject wise 0n shelves . You may take the help of reference staff to find the book.
A. Users may renew a book online through WOPAC kiosk at central library or through LAN IP 172.29.0 at their end.
How many times can I renew a Particular issued book ?
A. You can renew issued books maximum two times online or off line .
How can I replace a lost book ?
A. You can replace lost book with the latest edition physically or pay two times cost of the latest publication of the book.
How can I borrow books from Library ?
A. You can borrow books from the circulation section by producing your Identity-cum-Library card. After issuing books an email will be sent to you about book transaction.
What will be the overdue system for books ?
A. Books are issued for 14 days for UG and 30 days for PG and Ph.D. students . After this period, you may renew the issued books otherwise Rs.1.00/- will be charged as fine for each issued books per working day.
How can I pay the Library fines ?
A. You can pay library dues at the circulation desk and collect the money receipt.
How can I issue a duplicate Identity-cum-library card ?
A. You may apply with specific lost form available at circulation desk and follow the instructions.
How can I avail the book bank facility ?
A. Book Bank books are issued for a semester by paying 15% of the printed price.
How can I acesses the digital library ?
A. You can access e-resources through the link available on library website.
Can I able to recieve the Video lectures and e-contents through my storage devices or E-mail ?
A. Yes, You can get through e-mail or by USB devices.
Is there any research tool in the Library for evalution of scholarly publications ?
A. Yes, there is research tool named “TURNITIN” that is linked in the library website.
Can I get the previous question paper ?
A. Yes, you can get the photocopies or download the pdfs from digital library site of the library
How can I get the maximum benefits of Library services ?
A. You may visit the library website for up to date information or contact the Library personnel.
How can I get the answers which are not available here ?
A. Send e-mail to the librarian or communicate to the library personnel at your end.
