In compliance with Office Memorandum No. 1\/3\/1\/2026-Cab. dated 25th February 2026 issued by the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, Paradip Port Authority convened a meeting at its Administrative Building to formally read and affirm the \u201cSeva Sankalp Resolution.\u201d<\/p>\n
The meeting was led by Chairman Shri P. L. Haranadh and attended by Dy. Chairman Shri T. Venu Gopal, Heads of Departments (HODs), Officers, and employees of the Authority. The Resolution was read out in the gathering, reaffirming the collective resolve to align the functioning of the Port with its guiding principles.<\/p>\n
The Resolution underscores the philosophy of \u201cNagarik Devo Bhava\u201d<\/strong>, emphasizing that governance must be rooted in service, dignity, transparency, and accountability towards every citizen. The participants reiterated their commitment to ensuring that all administrative decisions and service delivery mechanisms remain citizen-centric, responsive, and efficient.<\/p>\n Addressing the gathering, Chairman Shri P. L. Haranadh highlighted that the spirit of \u2018Seva Teerth\u2019 symbolizes a renewed governance culture driven by dedication, ethical conduct, and responsibility.
