Points for Raising a Vigilance Complaint (PPA)
  • Corruption / Bribe Demand – Demand for money, gifts, or favours by any official for providing services.
  • Delay in Work / Intentional Harassment – Unnecessary delay in processing files, approvals, permissions, or services.
  • Misconduct by Officials – Rude behaviour, misuse of position, threats, or any unprofessional conduct.
  • Irregularities in Tender / Contract Process – Non-transparent bidding, unfair selection, favouritism, or violation of tender norms.
  • Loss to Government / Port Trust – Actions causing financial loss to PPA/VPA due to negligence or corruption.
  • Fraud / Forgery / Manipulation – Fake documents, record manipulation, billing fraud, or misuse of port assets.
  • Unauthorised Activities Inside Port Premises – Illegal operations, unauthorised use of facilities, or non-permitted contracts.
  • Violation of Rules & Procedures – Breach of official rules, SOPs, safety protocols, or guidelines.
  • Nepotism / Favouritism – Giving undue benefit to individuals or contractors without merit.
  • Complaint Under PIDPI (Whistleblower) – Serious misconduct where the complainant seeks identity protection.
