“व्यवसाय सुगमता” के लिए पारादीप पोर्ट प्राधिकरण द्वारा पहले से उठाए गए अतिरिक्त कदम

भंडारण प्लॉट का आवंटन ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रणाली के माध्यम से किया जाता है।
बर्थ का आवंटन ऑनलाइन प्रणाली के माध्यम से किया जाता है।
ग्राहकों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार, कार्गो से संबंधित बिल और पोत (वेसल) से संबंधित बिल जहाज के प्रस्थान के 7 दिनों के भीतर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रणाली के माध्यम से भेजे जा रहे हैं।
पोर्ट क्षेत्र के अंदर और बाहर वाहनों की भीड़ कम करने हेतु गेट मॉनिटरिंग प्रणाली का पुनर्गठन किया गया है।
पारादीप पोर्ट पर कोयला बर्थ संख्या 1 एवं 2 को तटीय तापीय कोयला लोडिंग के लिए विशेष तटीय बर्थ घोषित किया गया है। इससे तटीय कार्गो के लिए पूर्व में आवश्यक कस्टम निगरानी समाप्त हो जाएगी।
सीएफएच श्रमिकों के श्रम उपकर को इस्पात और अन्य वस्तुओं पर कम किया गया है, ताकि पोर्ट पर हैंडलिंग लागत को अधिक प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाया जा सके।
प्रबंधन समिति, जिसमें केवल 9 सीएफएच एजेंट श्रमिकों की आपूर्ति के लिए सूचीबद्ध सदस्य थे, अब सभी स्टीवडोरों के लिए सदस्यता हेतु खोल दी गई है, जिससे वे स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य कर सकें।

The Board of Trustees have approved allotment of land in favour of Plant Quarantine Station, Paradip for setting up of their office and laboratory. Response from other agencies is awaited.
		Integration of IGM filing system with Terminal Operating System	Traffic Manager	31.03.2016	Not applicable to PPT as it does not have a full-fledged Container Terminal. However, PPT is receiving IGM through PCS.
		Direct Port Delivery	Traffic Manager	28.02.2016	The said system is not applicable as PPT is basically a bulk handling Port. However, direct Port Delivery as per requirement of users is allowed at PPT.(Completed)
		Reduction of Fee and Charges	Traffic Manager	10.07.2016	PPT is a round the clock operating port. Cargo handled is almost equally distributed throughout the day. However, out of the average berthday output achieved during a day, about 55% cargo is handled during 6AM to 6 PM i.e. during the normal working hours and the rest 45% is handled during 6 PM to 6 AM i.e beyond normal working hours.

Mobile Container Scanner proposed to be procured for PPT will be taken up in the 2nd phase, considering the low/negligible volumes of containerized cargo handled at PPT.

		Removal of bottlenecks in Rail/Road connectivity	Traffic Manager/Chief Engineer	31.01.2017	i) No bottleneck in Road Connectivity. ii) Issues regarding removal of bottleneck on Rail connectivity:- a) Auto signalling from Talcher to Paradip to be completed by October, 2017. b) Running of Long haul rakes from Talcher to Paradip. c) Early completion of Haridaspur-Paradip railway line. The physical progress is 76.15% and financial progress is 75.50%. Schedule date of completion September, 2018. d) De-bottlenecking of movement via Cuttack is being planned by having alternative route from Salegaon to Kandarpur. This needs to be taken up urgently by M/s. IPRCL. M/s.RITES has been assigned for preparation of DPR.
