PARADIP, 1.8.2025– Paradip Port has been honored with the prestigious “Major Port of the Year – Non-Containerised Cargo” award at the 15th All India Maritime and Logistics Awards (MALA) 2025. The high-profile ceremony, organized by Exim India, was held in Mumbai on 1st August to celebrate excellence and innovation across the Indian maritime and logistics sector.

The award recognizes Paradip Port’s exceptional performance and outstanding contribution in handling non-containerized cargo, showcasing its operational efficiency and strategic importance in the country’s maritime trade. Shri G Edison, Traffic Manager, Paradip Port Authority (PPA), accepted the award on behalf of the port.

The MALA awards are a significant annual event, with winners selected by a distinguished jury of industry experts. Winning this award is considered a major honor within the Industry and highlights the port’s commitment to excellence and its leadership role in the non-containerized cargo segment.
