Ever since its foundation, the Odisha Judicial Academy has made significant contributions to the field of the justice delivery system. This Academy serves as a nursery for newly inducted judicial officers, providing them with intensive induction training. Additionally, it offers a platform for in-service judicial officers to continuously sharpen their skills in the application of law. Also, it provides platforms for dialogue for other stakeholders, such as public prosecutors, members of the juvenile justice board, police officers, mediators, conciliators, and court managers, doctors, defense lawyers, legal services functionaries and various other state agencies. The Academy aims to contribute to the wholesome development of judicial officers, enabling them to effectively meet emerging challenges and uphold the constitutional vision of justice. It encourages the judicial officers to strive diligently to achieve success in their profession, as written in the Niti Vani-

Which means any task can be accomplished only through perseverance and not by daydreaming as a deer does not enter the lion’s mouth by the latter’s thought only.
